Union Bowl recently posted this great interview with puppeteer/puppet builder Michael Schupbach of New York’s Puppet Kitchen. In it he discusses how he broke in to television puppetry in the 1990s working as an intern at the Jim Henson Company, which lead to work puppet wrangling on shows like Bear in the Big Blue House and Sesame Street.
Michael also discusses working on his most recent project, Union Bowl’s hybrid puppet/animation series Cartoon Lagoon:
